If you have forgotten your QQ password, simply enter your QQ Number and the
email address you gave us when you first registered as a QQ Member. If your
details match those on our records, we will automatically send your password to
your email address. If you initially gave us an invalid email address, or
your details don't correspond with ours, there is no way to retrieve your lost
password. Your only option is to re-register with QQ, but unfortunately you
will loose your Buddy list.
Change Password
It's easy to change your password, all you have to do is:
1. Make sure that you are online.
2. Click on the Menu button on your QQ control panel.
3. Select "Personal Setting".
4. Select "Security".
5. Select Change Password.
6. Enter your current password and then a new password.
